O blog “Direito para menores e seus responsáveis”, dedicado carinhosamente ao moleque esperto, aborda o tratamento jurídico dispensado a crianças e adolescentes no Brasil.

Se por um lado os nossos moleques e molecas encantam os adultos e deles recebem não apenas proteção jurídica integral, mas proteção especial, no Direito não há espaço para idealização dos pimpolhos. Os menores muitas vezes sofrem e fazem sofrer, por crueldade ou inconsequência.
Moleque Esperto, portanto, não poderia ser um blog criado apenas para a apologia dos direitos de crianças e adolescentes, mas é um espaço para discussão dos aspectos jurídicos da vida civil dos meninos e meninas, moças e rapazes, inteligentes, obtusos, íntegros, safados, brincalhões, retraídos, irresponsáveis, maduros, imaturos, espertos, ingênuos, angelicais, endiabrados, cruéis, travessos, inconsequentes (muito inconsequentes), enfim, moleques e molecas com a enorme riqueza de personalidade e infinitas possibilidades de interações para as quais o Direito costuma oferecer normas herméticas, de difícil acesso e interpretação, que tentaremos esclarecer aos menores e seus responsáveis.
O Direito, presente do início ao fim de nossas vidas, liberta, obriga, defende, garante, pune, devendo servir ao bem estar da maioria e também das minorias, dos fortes e dos fracos, dos adultos e dos menores, dos moleques e das molecas, todos detentores de direitos e obrigações desde o nascimento.
O Direito reflete a diversidade e a riqueza de nossa civilização, e os juristas interpretam e aplicam as normas de forma complexa em meio a constantes debates. O consenso é raro.
Esse blog convida os moleques, molecas e simpatizantes a conhecerem as ideias dos mais renomados juristas em uma acalorada discussão.
Os assuntos nem sempre serão tratados em textos fáceis. Nenhum tema é muito simples quando explorado com alguma profundidade. Mas o estudo superficial de certas questões pode comprometer o bom entendimento, levando facilmente a graves equívocos. Portanto, fique esperto, pois o Direito não socorre a quem dorme!  ;o)
